Canada Post Strike

How are you shipping during the Canada Post strike?

During the Canada Post strike we are partnering with UPS and other trusted couriers to ship orders. We will select the best courier based on your shipping address please add an extra week to your expected delivery time as there is a backlog with all courier services due to the strike.

*Please note that PO Boxes and Rural addresses are only serviced by Canada Post and we will be unable to ship those orders until the strike is concluded.

What are your shipping rates?

We aim to get our customers the lowest shipping rates possible. Our shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. You can estimate shipping costs by adding your desired items to cart and entering your postal/zip code in the cart prior to checkout.

Do you accept returns?
Customers have 30 days to return or exchange an item. To return an item, please start by contacting our customer service team at love@silverfeather.shop 
Please include your order number/description as well as the reason for your return in your email. From there, we will be able to walk you through the process. Please note that all clearance, sale or discontinued items are final sale.
